How do I order a tray?

What occasions can the trays be used for?
Think out of the box! They can be used for any occasion. The trays are perfect for hostess gifts, housewarming , sympathy and shivas, dinner parties, family gatherings, bridal suites, rehearsal dinners, welcome gifts, corporate events, thank you & referral gifts, get well & hospital visits, all major holidays, grad parties, teacher gifts, new baby and many more!
Can I add a personal message?
At checkout you can add your own personal message and we’ll include it on a matching gift enclosure card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MC, Amex, and Paypal.
Can I schedule a tray for a future date? At checkout you will be able to choose the date you'd like your tray. We typically deliver within 1 day. If you need same day, call us first at 314.422.0974.
DELIVERY + WARM WEATHER
When will my candy & nut tray be delivered?
At checkout, you’ll find a space to choose the date of your preferred delivery. For St. Louis deliveries, in warmer weather months and due to the nature of our products, our policy is to call the recipient before delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the tray. We must have a name, street address, city, zip code, cell and home phone number. In warmer weather months, if we do not speak with the recipient prior to delivery, we will call the purchaser to discuss delivery options. Due to the perishability of the products, this is especially important during warm weather. During cooler months for home deliveries, we’ll leave the tray at the recipients door. Pick up is also available at our Chesterfield, MO location (no charge). We will work with you to set up a specific pick up time.
What is your delivery area?
We offer courier delivery within a 20-mile radius from Chesterfield, MO for $15. If your delivery extends beyond our delivery area, we will call you to discuss additional charges.
Do you ship out of state? Out of state shipping is available October through March for trays that include chocolate. Between April through September, we ONLY ship dried fruit & nut trays through UPS Ground shipping. If you need EXPEDITED SHIPPING, please contact us BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER. Shipping rates are based on size of tray, weight, destination, packaging materials and handling. If you have multiple gifts going to different locations, call us to order at 314.422.0974.
How will my order be delivered?
We deliver by a local courier. During inclement weather, we use protective bags.
What are the delivery charges? the delivery charge is $15 (per location) within a 20-mile radius from our Chesterfield, MO location. If multiple locations are required, each delivery is $15. If your delivery extends beyond our radius, we will call you to discuss additional charges.
How will my tray be delivered to a business, hospital, nursing home or school?
We deliver to a front desk, security desk, or receptionist. We are not allowed to deliver to a patient or classroom. We are not responsible for any candy & nut tray that is improperly handled after delivery. Please provide all details needed for a successful delivery including the correct spelling of the name, address, building name, room number and phone number.
Can I pickup my tray from your location?
Yes, and there is NO CHARGE. If ordering online, please select “Will Pick Up at our Chesterfield, MO" location at check out. Call 314.422.0974 or email to make arrangements for a date & time to email@example.com.
Will my tray look like the photos on your website?
We work hard to be consistent in our presentation, but we're always getting in delicious, new products to keep our candy & nut trays unique, appealing and tasty! We have amazing goodies!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. When you place your order online, you will see a confirmation page after we process your order. We recommend that you print this confirmation page and keep it for your records. We will also send you an email confirmation after you place your order, whether you order online or by phone. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please notify us if you do not receive an email confirmation.
Can I cancel/change my order?
As orders are received, we start working on them. We accept cancellation/ changes within 1 hour of placing the order. If you need to cancel or make a change within the hour, please call us directly at 314.422.0974 to expedite this.

What type of products do you use?

How long will cello wrapped trays stay fresh?
Due to the nature of perishable items, our trays are best consumed at the time of delivery.
How should I store leftover products?
Any leftover products should be stored in an airtight container.
Can I customize a candy & nut tray?
Just ask! We will work with you to put together a tray you will like. We use a variety of great products to make beautiful and tasty trays.
Are the products Kosher?
Most of our products are certified kosher by manufacturer. Trays are prepared in non-kosher facility.
Do you offer dairy free, gluten free, sugar free and nut free options?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the perishable items, we cannot accept returns.
